Our team has over 322 years combined!! An important note is that we are out on the leading edge of the world of collision information.  The average body tech age is almost 50 and a lot of those shops are very stuck in their ways.  Even though we have a ton of experience, our average technician age is about 32.  So we have a fantastic blend of knowledgeable veterans and tech savvy youth.

Collision repair is a step by step process:

  1. Disassembly: technicians remove all of the damaged parts so that we can see any hidden damage.  The disassembly process exists to build a complete repair plan and parts list so that we can avoid surprises and delays.
  2. Parts mirror match: a member of the team will take each part out of its packaging and compare it to the broken part that’s stored on the cart.  We do this in order to make sure we have the correct parts so that the technicians don’t get hung up in mid repair.
  3. Body: once we have all or most of the required parts we begin the body work.  This consists of mostly sheet-metal and structural repair/replace.  Our technicians repair, install, or pre-fit all of the parts necessary to get it ready for our paint department all according to the Original Manufacturers recommendations.
  4. Paint:  This is where our refinish technicians prepare the panels and apply the paint and clear coat.  We use heated, full down draft climate controlled booths to make sure the finish looks great and lasts!
  5. Reassembly:  Our reassemble technicians take the freshly painted vehicles and panels and put it all back together to return the vehicle to pre-accident condition (or better).
  6. Final Quality Control:  Although our QC process involves inspections between all of the stages our final in-depth QC happens near the end.  We have a dedicated technician comb through the estimate of record line-by-line to insure everything was done properly.
  7. Detail:  The final step is to detail the vehicle inside and out.  Our goal here is to make the vehicle look much better than the day the damage happened.
